 Saturday, May 19th from 9am-12pm, Rage City Rollergirls will be joining the Anchorage Park Foundation, MOA Parks & Rec Dept, Minnesota Park Committee and Frigid North Company in the Minnesota Park Renewal Project- a Minnesota Park Cleanup (located between 32nd and 36th Avenue on Minnesota Ave)
It's a great way to meet your neighbors, bring a park to life, and meet some totally awesome rollergirls! Lunch will even be catered for all volunteers! We would love for you to join us! |

As the days get longer the countdown begins to Rage City Rollergirls’ 2nd Midnight Sun Mayhem Boot Camp!
Last year’s boot camp was a smashing success with guest coaches Helen Wheels, Psycho Babble, and De Ranged, and attendees from many different Alaskan and North American leagues. This year’s camp will be even better.
The camp will take place over three days from June 15-17, 2012 at a TBD location in Anchorage, Alaska. This training camp is open to all leagues and will offer something for all levels of skaters. Beginning, intermediate, and advanced skaters, as well as coaches, referees and NSOs will all find something to enrich their derby life at this event. Classes will include skating skills, strategies, league management, off-skates training, officiating, gear workshops and more.
A new improved vendor village will offer skaters the chance to shop, fondle and rap about gear. In addition this year there will be two WFTDA sanctioned bouts in conjunction with the camp featuring the Rage City Rollergirls, the Fairbanks Rollergirls, and the fabulous Sin City Rollergirls (pending contract negotiations). This is an excellent opportunity to experience two live WFTDA bouts. NSO’s and referees from other leagues are encouraged to apply to participate in these events. Get your Sharpie out and mark your calendar now! Don’t miss this chance to improve your skills in knocking clocks and taking names! There is limited admission to this event.

Denali Destroyers vs. Rage City Rookies Bout Results |

The Denali Destroyers closed out their first season by hosting the Rage City Rookies at the MTA Events Center, Saturday, May 12th in Palmer. After a close first few jams, Rage City was able to pull away and maintain their lead for the rest of the bout. Both teams played their hearts out, and the fans mirrored the skater's excitement for a great atmosphere and a great bout!

Dirty Polli's Win Season 4 Showdown! |

 The Dirty Polli's maintained their throne as the Rage City champions on Saturday, May 5th in Anchorage, Alaska.
In the first bout of the night, the Devil's Club lead the first half of the bout against the Sockeye Sallys, however the Sallys were able to tie it up 50-50 in the last 3 minutes of the bout, and ended up winning 60 to 52.
Next, the Devil's Club took on the Dirty Polli's, but in the end were unable to gain much traction, losing to the Polli's 70 to 10.
The final bout of the evening pit the two winning teams, the Sockeye Sallys against the Dirty Polli's. However once again, the Dirty Polli's secured the lead and never let it go, winning the bout and securing the championship 129 to 62!
